The Bismarck Event Center offers accessible seating options to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and inclusive experience. Guests who require accessible seating may purchase tickets directly through our website, by calling 701-355-1384, or in person at the Bismarck Event Center Box Office, open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Accessible seating may be purchased along with companion seats located in the same row, as long as those seats are available at the time of purchase. Our staff is always happy to assist you in selecting the best seating options for your needs.
Tickets can be purchased online and at the Bismarck Event Center Box Office for events at the Belle Mehus Auditorium. The Belle Mehus Auditorium Box Office opens one hour prior to a show.
Tickets bought online through Etix and at the Box Office with a credit card will automatically be refunded. If you bought tickets with cash at the Box Office, please stop in to receive a refund.
If you purchased tickets through a third-party vendor, you’ll need to contact them directly as we cannot access orders.
For most events, any child that is younger than two years of age will be admitted for free if they sit on a lap. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the event. Family Shows require all children ages 1 and up to have a ticket.
The Bismarck Event Center will not refund or exchange tickets, unless an event is cancelled.
Please be advised that any other ticketing website and/or outlet aside from Etix is not an authorized seller, or reseller, of tickets for events at the Bismarck Event Center. Purchasing tickets outside of Etix and the Bismarck Event Center may result in fraudulent tickets or tickets that cannot be used for entry. These tickets will not be exchanged and/or refunded by the Bismarck Event Center or Etix.
