The Bismarck Event Center offers a wide range of accessible seating options to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and inclusive experience. Guests who require accessible seating may purchase tickets directly through our website, by calling 701-355-1384, or in person at the Bismarck Event Center Box Office, open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Accessible seating may be purchased along with companion seats located in the same row, as long as those seats are available at the time of purchase. Our staff is always happy to assist you in selecting the best seating options for your needs.
The Bismarck Event Center offers accessible parking in all of our lots. Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For additional information, please visit our Directions & Parking Page.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for most events, please make arrangements prior to your event by contacting our office at (701) 355-1370.
Service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), that are trained to perform specific tasks to assist guests with disabilities are welcome at the Bismarck Event Center. Service animals should remain in the guest’s seating area and not in the aisles. Guests are encouraged to have documentation or certification for their service animal. Pets and other animals not classified as service animals are not permitted.
